2026 Curatorial Summit at the IFPDA Fair.
The IFPDA Foundation Curatorial Summit
In 2026, the IFPDA Foundation launched the inaugural IFPDA Foundation Curatorial Summit. The event was jointly organized by Nadine Orenstein , Drew Heinz Curator in Charge, Department of Drawings & Prints, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Freyda Spira, Robert L. Solley Curator of Prints and Drawings, Yale University Art Gallery and Vice President of Print Council of America. The invitation-only closed door event represented the first-ever convening of print and drawing curators from around the world to share collective insights into developing exhibitions across traditional boundaries. The IFPDA Foundation also offers travel grants (typically around $2,000) to help institutionally based print and drawings curators attend the summit and fair in NYC.
